I call the approach I use Sunsgate. It’s about understanding rather than fixing. It points to the fact that people aren’t broken, just caught in an innocent misunderstanding about how their experience is being created.

When this is seen, clarity returns and things naturally begin to settle.

Overview

At the heart of my work is a simple truth: your mind already knows how to return to clarity, ease, and balance. I help people reconnect with that natural resilience, particularly when they feel caught in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, or emotional strain.

Through calm, focused coaching conversations grounded in an inside-out understanding, you begin to see how thought creates experience moment by moment. As this becomes clearer, the overthinking that once felt overwhelming often settles on its own, without effort or strategies to control it.

Alongside this understanding, I can also draw on a broad background in hypnotherapy and related approaches when appropriate. These are used selectively, not as fixes, but as ways of helping stuck patterns loosen so that fresh insight can emerge. My work is also informed by the Three Principles, as shared by Sydney Banks, which point to the innate wellbeing beneath our thinking.

My History

For over 30 years, I’ve been exploring how the mind works, not just through study, but through thousands of real conversations with clients. This began with a fascination for human potential and led me to train in hypnotherapy, IEMT, and other established approaches to emotional change.

Over time, one thing became clear. Lasting change does not come from fixing yourself or managing symptoms. It comes from seeing your experience differently, and recognising what has always been intact beneath the noise of thought.

Today, I work with people who want to step out of overthinking and reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity, confidence, and ease. Whether you feel mentally stuck or simply sense that life could feel lighter, this work helps point you back to what is already there.
