At the heart of my work is a simple truth: your mind already knows how to return to clarity, ease, and balance. I help you uncover that natural resilience, especially if you feel caught in cycles of emotional overthinking, self-doubt, or inner turmoil.
Through coaching conversations grounded in an inside-out understanding, you’ll begin to see how thought creates your experience moment by moment. And as this becomes clear, the overthinking that once felt overwhelming often softens on its own.
I also offer tailored support that draws on my broad background in hypnotherapy, and many other approaches, including the Three Principles shared by Sydney Banks. These tools are available when needed to help release stuck patterns and create space for fresh insights to emerge.
My History
For over 30 years, I’ve been deeply exploring how the mind works, not only through study, but through thousands of real conversations with clients. This journey began with a fascination for human potential and led me to train in hypnotherapy, IEMT, and other evidence-based approaches to emotional change.
Along the way, I discovered something profound: lasting transformation doesn’t come from fixing or managing symptoms, it comes from seeing yourself and life differently. This insight has shaped everything I do.
Today, I help people step out of overthinking and reconnect with the peace, clarity, and confidence that’s already within them. Whether you’re feeling stuck in your thoughts or simply longing for more ease in life, this work can help you find your way back to yourself.
